They conducted the viewings for us as we had young children and vey quickly found us a buyer. We used their mortgage adviser based in Grantham who had access to a large number of mortgages catering for all circumstances. He was very good and visited us at home to arrange everything. We also used their recommended conveyancers who I can't praise highly enough. They were completely professional and highly knowledgable about the whole conveyancing process, which in our case was complicated selling a shared ownership. They were always there for us, always updating us and keeping in contact with the chain agents and conveyancers, particularly towards the end of the process.
