We have just sold our house with Newton Fallowell and have been delighted with the service throughout. We have previously used other estate agents and failed to finalise a sale. From the start they were honest and came up with a realistic valuation rather than an inflated one some competitors use just to get your custom. Throughout the process they kept us updated and conducted numerous viewings with potential purchasers. I do not often make recommendations but I would not hesitate in pointing you towards this company if you are thinking of selling your home in the Rutland area.
