From our initial contact with Michael who promptly came to value the property and discuss matters appertaining to the sale, we have been most impressed with the efficiency and service provided at all stages during our property sale. The marketing brochure which included professional photographs was to the highest standard and we have been kept properly informed throughout the viewings, offers and pre-contract negotiations between ourselves, our buyer and the respective solicitors.
