Brilliant! Professional! Real people, with a lovely approach to customers. Alison was amazing, listened to my specific needs for the house I was looking for. Gave such a great service, I felt like a VIP, and after moving house 18 times, this was a first for me. A very positive experience. Both Peter and Alison sent me details for houses that showed they had listened to my needs. Alison was knowledgeable about the houses we viewed together and injected the right amount of humour when I was overwhelmed with anxiety. Without any hesitation, I have already recommended Newton Fallowell to friends.
