We have recently sold a property with Ryder and Dutton, AMy Heaton was our negotiator. We couldn't have asked for more from Amy, she kept us up to date every step of the way and when multiple challenges were faced, due to an issue with the buyers solicitor she was able to successfully negotiate with the buyer and supported them in sourcing a new solicitor.
