I've recently purchased my first home using Ryder & Dutton. I viewed a fair amount of properties and had decided early on that I would prefer to purchase through Ryder & Dutton if possible as everyone I have dealt with has been professional and extremely helpful. During the process Amy Heaton was brilliant from start to finish, always keeping me updated and would also push things along/makes enquires for me if needed. The whole team are very helpful and friendly and no request seems to be too much trouble. Despite a blip with the solicitors early on (Thank you Laura Chadderton for chasing this up) the whole process from viewing to collecting my keys was completed within 12 weeks. If I were to sell/buy again, Ryder and Dutton would be my estate agents of choice.
