Georgia did all the viewings and worked her socks off. Laura Chadderton was our negotiator who managed the whole process, she achieved a sale over our asking price and then guided it to complete quickly and without a hitch. She was always contactable, very helpful and a reassuring voice when I was having a wobble. Having seen how much effort Laura put into managing our sale I would never attempt to try and sell a house myself, the price she achieved for us within days of our house going on the market means the fee was worth every penny.
