I found all the staff to be approachable and flexible, and the sales negotiator who was responsible for assisting the completion on my house purchase (Laura Chadderton), made every effort to ensure I was aware of the progress of each stage of the sale. I feel she went the extra mile to liaise with all parties involved and get the keys in my hands.
