Michael agreed to hand back to the previous agent without charge if the previous agent's client wished to purchase. In our experience, Ryder & Dutton staff proved to be personable, professional and kept us fully informed at all times and although the previous agent's client did come back & complete, Ryder & Dutton remained true to their word and did not charge.
