Have to say that I was really happy to have met Ella when I was doing a house viewing a couple of weeks ago. She realised that the type of house I was viewing wasn't right for me, and made some suggestions which were just outside of the budget I had set, as I didn't think I could afford anything that was move in ready. Ella listened to what I wanted from a property and made a suggestion that I meet with a mortgage advisor (Pete), an appointment was made and I am most positive about things now, by just raising my budget by a little will get me a home that I can afford and not have to spend thousands on building work etc. I viewed a house this past weekend, which I can actually see being apossibility, I just need to work a few things out, and Ella has been great in getting me to this point.
