Firstly I'd like to say a big thanks to ryder and dutton oldham who were great helping me move house recently. There were a few wobbles with the buyers and their Solicitors on the way but Michael and his team got it over the line. I only thought I'd get around £70k for the house but Michael pushed my price to £85k and we sold it for the full asking price in a week. Delighted was an understatement.
