Recently sold our property with Ryder & Dutton and couldn't fault them. Michael was very efficient at getting our house on the market and we accepted an offer (at asking price) that came after only 3 days(!) of our property being online. All of the team were extremely friendly and always willing to help, no question or request was too small. Rosie in particular was a credit to our sale process going smoothly, making sure we were always kept up to date with the latest developments and doing absolutely everything she could to help things along. I was very happy with the service when selling my home through Ryder & Dutton. Amy Morgan, the valuer, was friendly and able to answer any questions I had regarding the selling process. Laura Chadderton, the negotiator I was in contact with throughout the selling process was also very helpful and friendly. Even remembered to wish me happy birthday! She kept me updated constantly throughout and, again, was happy to answer any questions whenever I had them. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience selling through Ryder & Dutton's Oldham branch and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Thanks to Lynne Darrington for being so professional and proactive after the final inspection report was carried out on my property when the tenant left recently. I now don't have to worry about paying out to have items removed which were left behind or minor repair costs. We'll done.
