Ryder and Dutton

My dad purchased a bungalow from Ryder & Dutton. Rosie Hartwell was the negotiator and did a fantastic job. Despite us being the buyers she kept us informed, she is a great listener during a stressful time and made the process alot smoother. Thanks for being brilliant!

Laura was the estate agent of the property we was purchasing. Without her invaluable input we would have been lost. She was the one with the excellent communication skills in regards to all aspects of the sale and chain. Laura is brilliant at what she does and now if I was to sell a property we would definitely use Ryder and Dutton.

Laura, what can I say she has been amazing an absolute pleasure to deal with, she is friendly and efficient with a can do attitude, nothing is to much, her wealth of knowledge is exceptional. All all round credit to Ryder & Dutton.

Peter and Liz are helping me and my husband buy a house. Liz is fantastic, phones back when she says she is going to, helps me with whatever problem/question I have and is lovely and friendly. This is my second time using Peter and Liz to help us buy a house and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Dealt with Rosie from the start to the finish of the sale of my property. She kept me informed of all the viewings. Ryder and Dutton arranged the viewings and showed them round the property. Many thanks to you all.

It’s always put a smile in my face talking to the team. Always friendly and helpful. Nothing’s so daunting as making probably the biggest purchase in one’s life when you have a great group of people behind you.

It was an Amazing sevice Laura is the best she helped me a lot. Worth it and great assets for the company. Xx
