Tried to sell a 2 bed property as 3 , but at first where very nice to me and my mum

An extremely tense, up and down journey with both good and bad points. The whole experience redeemed for the latter stages by Laura Chadderton, a Senior member of the team who was very professional, helpful and efficient communicating each stage and following up finer points over and above her remit.

Overall I was mostly happy with the service Ryder & Dutton provided. However I felt I had to chase up a lot and the house sale only went through when I made contact directly with the solicitors. It took 4 months from the buyer making an offer to completion with no reason given. Laura was responsive to emails and did offer support when needed.
