We're sorry to hear about your viewing being cancelled at such short notice. The reason for this was because the vendor had accepted an offer on the property and asked us to cancel all outstanding viewings. I appreciate this is frustrating and leads to people being left disappointed, but we do need to take our clients instructions. Further to this we have legal requirements we must meet in accordance with current legislation. Ryder & Dutton aim to move a tenant in within 2 weeks of the application being received however this is dependent on completion of references which can sometimes delay the process. We are doing everything we can to get you moved in asap.
