I’ve been twice made appointment for home viewing, taking day off for the day and it’s happen again now.. they called me and cancelled just before appointment time, while am already near to the location. Upsetting, wasted my time, energy and money. Very disappointed for their service, not professional !!!

Worst place ever applied to rent a house,they told me i should submit my document and also bring a guarantor after done all of that start waiting for their call, went there two weeks later they said i should still wait, three weeks later i went there again .they told me the house has been giving to some 1 else one month ago. No apology .they not helpful on the phone cant recomend.

Absolute poor service, £750 deposit, £650 monthly rent, been here a week, leak in living room near electric light every time you take a bath. Contacted a week ago still not resolved, no reply from email I sent. Live with two children. Radiator leaks in bathroom, nails sticking out hear n there, House from hell that is overly priced due to the condition it's in!!!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!
