Luke led us through a delicate process of negotiation and prolonged purchase issues in a way that really exceeded the expectations I have of estate agents. He was unusually proactive, cheerful, encouraging and above all, effective. I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend this office.

Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful experiences you’ll encounter right? Yup, glad you agree. I lined up a very straightforward purchase through Breckon & Breckon but with the effects of Covid it became tricky and turbulent. But with Lucy at Breckon guiding the way supported by Chris, we navigated the complications brilliantly. Though the agents have the interests of the seller at the forefront, I always felt that they balanced this perfectly with me. Informative and communicative all the way through the process, they managed the detail brilliantly. And an added bonus was the bottle of Champagne we were given when we collected the keys. Their attention to all of the details even extended to the Champagne being chilled, ready to pop the cork and drink immediately after crossing the threshold of our new home - just like it should be. I can’t recommend these guys enough. In summary - professional, communicative, compassionate, patient but also real. Thanks guys - you’ve been awesome.

We've just sold our house through Breckon and Breckon in Summertown. They provided a brilliant service, with excellent knowledge of the local area, comparable property values, and immediately identified the main selling points of our property. Their sales campaign generated considerable interest and we were under offer within days. We have both bought and sold through Breckon and Breckon before and have always been impressed by them.

There is no doubt in my mind that if we had taken our £1m+ property to any other Estate Agent, then it would not have sold so quickly at the price finally agreed. Through the contacts of Luke Mazonowicz, although the property was marketed, we were able to receive an offer within just a few days of the house being on the market. The selling process was not that smooth as there were potential problems with the survey, problems with tenants and solicitors disagreeing over a 'Covid Clause'. Throughout the pressure to complete quickly and yet at the same time evict tenants, come up with extra documents, do searches and agree over completion dates, Luke remained a) contactable b) positive and c) helpful. Mention should also be made over the brochure produced by Breckon and Breckon. The pictures taken - in particular the kitchen - were superb. Breckon had previously marketed our property in 2016 (a buyer dropped out) so some of the preparatory work had already been done. This gave us confidence. There were delays, true, but outside of Breckon's control. Even though Luke was not always in the office he always replied to emails and phone messages quickly, informatively and professionally. One suggestion: it would be helpful if Breckon and Breckon produced a (branded) folder listing useful (though not recommended specifically) contacts for removals, builders, electricians etc etc. We went from houseowners (of 27 years standing) to tenants and so had to clear our enormous house of furniture in a short time. Some advice in terms of finding new accommodation and emptying the existing house would have been a useful add-on. Competitors to Breckon and Breckon Lettings do provide such help.

I purchased a house through Breckon and Breckon. The service was very impressive. I regularly spoke with Chris, Patrick and Luke over a complicated 7 months! Calls were always answered, they stayed in contact regularly and went above and beyond to help me rescue the situation when my own sale fell through via a different agent. They struck me as incredibly genuine, caring, honest and good people. I've recommmed them to lots of friends and I wouldn't hesitate to use them myself in the future.
