I rented my flat through the Breckon & Breckon Summertown office in early 2019. As it was the first time I had rented out, the process at first seemed a bit daunting. But Rhys, Phoebe, Jodie and team were excellent, explaining things really clearly and showing a lot of patience with my questions. Since we rented the flat out, Rhys has been really responsive to any of my questions, answering me clearly and concisely. The monthly statement with breakdown of costs is really useful too.
