Very pleased with the service from College & County

I've used College & County to manage my property for several years now and I'm very pleased with the level and quality of service I receive from them. They are always quick to respond to me and keep me informed as soon as there are any updates or problems. They are able to sensibly make small decisions on my behalf, but always check with me before committing to larger maintenance or costs. I've found them to be friendly, polite, patient and helpful, which, as a new landlord living in a different city from my property, was greatly appreciated and I continue to be grateful for this I would fully recommend them to any new or existing landlords looking for a great level of service.
