getting help with council tax rebanding

when the council changed the banding on our property without any warning, they expected us, the tenants (as part time students), to pay the difference in cost. When I went in to College and County to get it sorted they were very understanding and helpful. Patrycja chased up the landlady and the council to come to an agreement and we were absolved from having to pay extra council tax. Great service which put the tenants first!
