Hi My husband will be attending The Said Business School this coming September. With being in South Africa - I was not sure how we would find accommodation in Oxford to suit our needs. I sent through a request on the Martin and Co website and got a response from Sam - a letting agent from Martin and Co. Sam responded to me within hours of my initial query - and within days I had secured and apartment for my husband and I that met all our specifications. Being from South Africa - I was not able to view the apartment. Sam put my mind at ease and went to the apartment and took recent pictures of he apartment to send me. She also made recommendations to the landlord of what needed to be done - in order for the apartment to be handed over to me. (Cleanign etc). Sam was great and she described the apartment and all the furniture to me in detail. She was my eyes. Sam is one of the friendliest and most efficient rental agent I have ever worked with. She responded to every single one of my emails - answering every single one of my questions. This was all done within minutes of me sending her an email. Sam I thank you for all your help - and if anyone needs help to find any accommodation in Oxford - you will be highly recommended to them by me. I could not have asked for better service.
