We were looking for a property to rent for almost a year and reached out to several agencies. It’s very hard to find a rental property in Oxford, especially with a pet. Martin & Co have been a delight to work with. Student housing is often a nightmare to negotiate, with estate agents applying unnecessary restrictions and pressures onto tenants, but Martin & Co have been nothing but helpful and understanding

We were getting no responses to phone calls and emails to another agent. Amelia is a breath of fresh air and really went the extra mile for us while we were looking for a rental property in Oxfordshire. So nice to be treated with compassion and respect which we have found hard to come by from larger agents locally. Thoroughly recommend giving these lovely folks a shout if you are looking to rent.
