The service I received from start to finish from Martin & Co was excellent My house was marketed by them and had several viewers straight away with multiple offers on first day of viewings and even got over the asking price was sold in a day Maz and Patricia are very efficient and always kept me up to date with what was going on in a daily basis and when there was issues I had with the progress of my sale Patricia always dealt with it for me by contacting solicitors resolving the problems in an efficient Manor Would definitely recommend this company to anybody Thankyou Maria Pitson

I have just got the keys to my new flat and had an excellent experience with Martin & Co - Maz really went above and beyond during the sale and was unfailingly helpful: staying in touch throughout the process, meeting us at the property several times for viewings, and facilitating the removal of furniture etc. I am also very grateful to Patricia for her support and quick work in dealing with a tricky issue related to ground rent. Thank you very much again both!! :)
