Having sold many properties over the years I try and choose the estate agent that can excel on the period after the buyer has been found. The sales chasing is an invaluable part of the selling process and the sales progressor at Martin & Co was Patricia Vassib who has to be the best and most thorough Progressor that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was too much trouble and her knowledge of the whole selling process was second to none so that she headed off potential problems and delays by being proactive and always kept me fully informed.
