This agency resembles the height of unprofessionalism. The agent did not turn up at all to the scheduled viewing, which was confirmed in writing several days prior to the appointment. The agency did not respond to three (3) telephone calls following up on the agent's no-show. After waiting over 20 minutes at the property, I decided to call it quits and go home. Tardiness is unacceptable in real estate agents. This is especially so, given that the property in question (on Banbury Road) is only a few blocks away from their office on Walton Well Road. I arranged my day around this appointment, rescheduling appointments to make the viewing fit. They disrespected me by not showing up.
