The main contact for my property search was Debbie Kelly, Senior Negotiator who tried very hard by negotiating the purchase price with the vendor of a flat I was interested in, as well as further along the chain to help 'make things work' for everyone involved. Unfortunately following the second viewing arranged for me, I decided that the flat wasn't quite what I was looking for. Despite this, she was very understanding and although I imagine disappointed (as the vendors would have been too) was very polite, responded to my email straight away (in fact all emails / calls were responded to very quickly) and I felt that she had excellent 'customer service' skills, being treated as an individual, not just another 'prospective purchaser'.
