Dear Reader I contacted Absolute Sales and Lettings a few days ago and spoke to Mrs Debbie Kelly who registered me immediately. She also arranged viewings for me soon after with Mr Mike Bettesworth. Mrs Kelly then sent me separate emails for the three consecutive viewings, including the full address, the exact time of each viewing, and the agent’s name. I found this level of communication very professional and practical and it left me with a very good first impression of the company. The following is my first impression with the abovementioned names so far. They were both very polite, welcoming, knowlegable, helpful, gentle in their approach, with a quiet confidence that they would be able to find a property for me within my budget without trying to convince me to raise it. I was accompanied with my entire family to view three properties consecutively on Monday 27 Feb. Even though, I am the buyer, Mr Bettesworth interacted with all of them and addressed their comments and feed backs, including them in the viewing process, which was a sign of respect to both my family and I. Not only were we not rushed during the three viewings, to my delight ample time was allotted to each one, with Mr Bettesworth immediately taking me back again to my favourite property for a second viewing. What made this move on his part priceless to me was that he suggested it himself, without my need to request it, in order to address a concern I had straight away rather than leaving it for another time. This is what I consider as superb service and a genuine display to address a customer’s concerns immediately, thus helping them to reach a more informed decision on the viewed properties without unnecessary delays, saving time for both the customer and the agent. Based on my expressed wishes to Mr Bettesworth at the end of the appointment to view my favourite property again this Saturday, to that avail Mrs Kelly made a follow up phone call the day after the viewing, as she was concerned that the Saturday diary may be filling up fast. Again, I found this level of consideration and service very commendable. Unlike some estate agents, she was gentle in her approach and when I conveyed that I had changed my mind about the property altogether, she did not get into a debate with me and just simply respected my decision. I found her approach extremely refreshing and pleasing. In short, she gained my trust and confidence that as a BUYER I will be looked after and that I am just as important and as relevant as is a VENDOR. My feelings and opinions were respected and validated at all times by both staff members of Absolute Sales and Lettings. I strongly recommend this Firm whether you are a vendor or a Buyer. I hope that this agency will be able to help find my "ideal Home", ever confidant that they will maintain the same standards of professionalism as outlined above throughout this somewhat stressful process. In conclusion, I trust that the company director, Mr Daren Hole, will take note of this letter of appreciation by acknowledging the value of the staff mentioned above accordingly.
