Real honest professional genuine people

So we have just brought a house with this estate agent. And due to sadly our journey not being the smoothest of rides (fraudulent hacked solicitors email and received our deposit money - luckily we got over half back and family raised us the rest) so it was a tricky situation. And I just wanted to praise how well and professional they coped with it all. It was very stressful and they always put me at ease, they were forever in contact in a way of help and support. I even had a very low point where I was literally crying down the phone and again they just calmed me down and we're just there for us throughout the whole ride. It wasn't just robot like 9-5 standards they had heart and they went above and beyond for useless much so I will miss then haha. Big shout outs to Kim, Debbie , Frank and the rest of the team from Torquay branch. Keep doing what your doing, it's being noticed! So yes I would definitely have to recommended them and we will be working with them in the future. Mr and Mrs Bailey
