Selling a townhouse in Torquay

The speed of response by Absolute was excellent. The valuation was very quick and the house appeared on line in a very short space of time. The house had lots of interest and Absolute were able to accommodate a large number of viewings. However, after only a few viewings and a couple of low offers I did think that the agent was a bit quick to consider dropping the price, which led to a difference of opinion and from which I had to ask for a second point of view from another associate at the agent. I just felt that there was a race to a minimum price in order to achieve a sale. A compromise was worked out and we achieved an acceptable sale price. Once the sale was agreed then Absolute assigned a dedicated agent to deal with the sale. This provided a useful point of contact during the sale, which was protracted by circumstances beyond our collective control. I felt that a little more could have been done to chase down information on the source of the delay to keep me in the loop. Overall I was very satisfied with the service received. Some areas were excellent, while others were at minimum satisfactory and in the end I was happy with the support received.
