Absolute, were not our initial first choice of Estate Agents as we had a "high end" property to sell. But having interviewed a few "Leading Local Torquay Estate Agents" we decided that we would use the services of Absolute Estate Agents. And we were not disappointed in our decision! We found them to be 100% on the ball and that never changed from the moment we met them and throughout the whole sale process. Darren, was very easy to deal with and has a considerable amount of experience. most notable was the speed of communication, sensible and thoughtful advice, and all done in a totally professional, yet personable manner. We felt in safe hands and able to rely completely on him doing what he said he would promptly and to a high standard.  Darren and his team are always willing and able to clear up any questions we had, even though there were not many, as they usually contacted us to let us know of anything they felt we would want to know. We also found Debbie, Frank and the rest of the office team provided an excellent service too whether via Phone or Email, they were always helpful, efficient, and above all friendly and always answered our queries and questions in a prompt and timely manner. Absolute Estate Agents provided us with a first rate service in a truly professional manner and most importantly, they were always on our side, which in our experience is not always the case with estate agents.
