I have used Simon and his team for 2 years. Initially I used Absolute to rent my property. They were excellent and found me two tenants over the two years without any problems. Any little issues in relation to the maintenance of the property or servicing of utilities was dealt with efficiently and rapidly, At the same time I was also trying to sell the property and they continuously kept me updated in relation to market value fluctuations and trends. My property was promoted regularly to increase interest and they gave numerous showings. I was eventually made an offer and the sale went through within 6 weeks with the Absolute team keeping me regularly updated.. I would recommend them to any prospective landlord or vendor.
