Proactive & Efficient!

As you can imagine, selling and buying a house is very stressful. However, Darren put our mind at rest during the valuation process, and helped us fully understand the process of selling our home. So much so, it was sold for the full asking price, after the first viewing within 48 hours of going on the market. We were then kept in the loop of future properties coming to market, and subsequently purchased our new home with the guidance of Frank who was a pleasure throughout, again through Absolute. In doing so, Kim the sales progressor was able to keep a guided eye and watch on the relevant sales, and was then able ensure the transaction was managed correctly when certain issues arose within the chain. It is very refreshing to see a local independent Estate Agent taking pride in their service, and providing a proactive and efficient service throughout.
