A treasure find for any distant landlord!

I had been with a national company who not only neglected the tenants (and I lost a few) but me as a landlord. When I decided to change I wanted to 'go local'. From the minute I called Chelsey and Simon they made me feel like they were the company that would look after the property even though I lived more than 200 miles away. I have been with Absolute a while now and do not even think about the property, tenants or any problems. If they phone me with a problem, eg washing machine, they have already got a solution and a price. Before, with the other agent I had ' washing machines broke, what do ya wanna do about it'.
