We shall NEVER use FBM again. Viewed a property in view of renting. Asked the agent showing us around if the property suffers with damp, mould, etc... Told 'No'. Paid out over £1500 and moved in Spring time. As soon as Summer was over, huge problems with Damp & Mould. Not only was it appearing on Walls & Ceilings, but found it had started attacking our furniture, clothes, bedding, etc... Windows constantly streaming with condensation. Mopping up water every morning and evening as a result. Floors as cold as an icerink, even when heating is on. Rear garden water logged as soon as we have wet weather, turning it into a bog. NOT HAPPY!!!

As a professional moving to Pembrokeshire I have found dealing with FBM to be a big mistake. As a customer I have been treated as an afterthought by staff who cannot even get my name right! I have been given the wrong guidance and have had to continually chase for updates from staff who do not communicate with each other let alone me. The attitude appears to be "we've got your fee, so we don't care"! Very stressful experience and just about ready to pull out of a tenancy agreement as they have wasted a lot of my time. Do not bother with them!

If you want to be treated appallingly, spoken to rudely and generally disrespected then call FBM. If however, you'd like to be treated with respect and like to sell your house call another agency!!!

If you expect honesty and fairness. I strongly recommend you don't use this letting agency.

Please do not use this estate agents as their service is diabolical i am still waiting for full deposit from my previous house i rented which i left in perfect condition and was told that i would receive this. The staff do not return your calls after two weeks when you ring for an update someone is either on another call constantly or the member of staff dealing with your matter is away sick which all seems very convenient. I have never dealt with an estate agents with such lack of professionalism i am not one to write on companies profiles but due to this ordeal i feel i have no other choice to gain there attention and hope that i may now after this long going process will get a dignified response i.e phone call!!!!
