Unhelpful, , unconcerned and old entries on Rightmove

I called Firmin Clark about a bungalow advertised on Rightmove (listed in the last 14 days) only to be told that it sold last Monday. The person answered the phone 'Hello' so I wasn't sure I had the right number, then without any interest whatsoever said 'xx Road, that sold last Monday'. I just said 'oh' as was caught off guard, considering it was still being advertised for sale. There was no offer of taking my details, an apology or question as to what we were looking for. I don't care how good a property looked I wouldn't touch this 'agent' again.
