Dreadfull describes them very well, from Start to finish They have a good reputation in the area hence our reason to go with them to sell our house But this reputation is very mis-placed Josh Hurford, who seemingly runs the business is inept at best and leads his team very well from this point of view They were poor throughout and also most threatening when we made the decision to pull the house off the market from them. Indeed charge you if you do pull off Best advice would honestly be for you to go with someone else and avoid th disappointment that we have suffered They're very poor also at taking feedback They, in no way offer a "professional" service Delighted to no longer have to deal with or be associated with them Trevor P
