Being a landlord from overseas I've dealt with quite a few estate agencies, none as professional as Elliot Lee. I contacted a few different agencies when I first decided to sell my property, but I was impressed from the very first interaction with Elliot Lee. Throughout the process James Burgess was dealing with me. When selling a property there are always questions, and I felt that James was very responsive, patient and extremely helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with and made me feel comfortable that the sale of my property was in good hands. I thought that me being overseas would make things more difficult, but it didnt! Letting completed

Preyen Patel, our Elliot Lee agent, promised a lot when we were thinking of switching agents for finding a new tenant. The rival existing agent said they were the best and asked us not to believe items thrown in by others as those were there to make up for weak performance. We had some setbacks with tenants pulling out after signing contracts and four hours before handover of flat. This was shocking to Elliot Lee as well, but Preyen quickly found replacement tenants within a week, put the prospective tenant checking process through a rapid pathway and made sure we did not lose time by getting the new tenants to move in within ten days of viewing. This was surprisingly good by any standard. In the end Preyen delivered on all the promises he made and we will certainly recommend him to others.
