First class service - Shelley Tristram
Prior to purchasing our property through Elliot Lee, we had already had 2 failed purchases on the day of exchange, both after a 5 month wait over the course of 2 years. (The second purchase was worse as we had made the decision to sell our property to get out of being in a chain, as the housing market was crazy at the time, but unfortunately greedy sellers and unscrupulous estate agents touting for business meant that we lost out a second time.)To say that we were fed up with sellers and the U.K. system was an under statement, and having been burnt twice, we entered this purchase with our eyes wide open, but willing to give Elliot Lee a chance. (The previous 2 estate agents that we dealt with in the area were absolutely shocking to say the least, with one far worse than the other, but sadly it's understandable why estate agents have the terrible reputation that they do.) After having our offer accepted by the vendor, we were handed over to Shelley Tristram, the Case Progressor. After explaining a little of our background experience to her, she went out of her way to assure us that she would do all that she could to ensure that we would be successful the third time around. Shelley was fantastic throughout, ensuring that she kept us up to date of progress. She definitely made the experience a whole lot more pleasant, and it really goes to show when estate agents employ people that actually want to help their customers, as some staff we have spoken to at other agents are just plainly, rude and dismissive. Shelley was an explemplarary Case Progressive, and even rectifying things when there had been mistakes and she kept true to her word in ensuring that she would see us through to completion. And it also greatly helped that the vendor was genuine and did not play any games, unlike others, who when they do so, make an already difficult process worse. Thank you to Shelley and the team at Elliot Lee, other agents could learn a lot from your service.

Lettings Service
Excellent team to work with. All very helpful. Elliot lee were very professional and organised.. They found a tenant and did the reference quickly so the property was not empty for long. My agent was Colin who assisted the new tenant to move in in my absence whilst on Holiday, .

Extreamly effeciant proffessional service that far exceeded our expectations
I am a landord that decided on using Elliot Lee to conduct the sale of my 2 bedroom flat in Wembley.I was also renewing the lease at the same time and the total process took 15 months. This was largely due to the incompetance of my solicitor dealing with the flat sale and the solicitor dealing with the lease renewal How refreshing it was then that Elliot Lee turned out to be the ones to offer a truly reliable and thoroughlyt effecient service throughout. Their dedicated liason person always kept me up to date often after continually chasing up on solicitors and made it a lot easier for me to stay on top of things. In their own words they are "performance driven" but don,t get that wrong. They achieved a price substantially over my expectations and that they are rewarded for this is only right This was no "quick pay-day" for them and over the 15 months their enthusiasm and professional attitude never waned.. So..are all estate agents the same?....No Would i reccomend Elliot Lee?....Definately yes.

James Burgess - Director of Sales
It took us 7 months to move house. I don't think there was an emotional state we missed out in the process - pain, anguish, pro-crastination, disappointment, disbelief, disgust, and finally happiness and delight. All the way James was there to hold our hand and could be relied on to ride over the horizon with a pragmatic solution. Even in our darkest hour when all seemed to be lost he was totally positive and personally made things happen. We cannot thank you enough or recommend you enough James :)

Sales review
Having had three estate agents estimate the value of our property with a mind to sell I chose Elliot Lee as our seller for a few of reasons. Firstly I liked Lee, he talked sense, seemed to know the local market well and suggested we put the house for sale at the lower end of the three valuations that we’d had and then try and work the price up should we get a buyer interested. This way we’d avoid putting off people taking an interest due to overvaluing from the outset. The other two estate agents wanted to price the house above what I thought we could achieve. We duly set the value at the lower end of the three estimates that we’d been given and then had an “Open home†on a Saturday afternoon in late January, as opposed to individual viewings. My wife and I were not at first keen about the open home idea, we’re very house proud and private people and weren’t keen on what we imagined would be a stampede through our beautiful house and garden but we need not have worried. A large number of people came to the viewing which was well controlled by the estate agents team and on the following Monday we had three serious offers, one of which was to be our actual buyer. We sold for a price just two and a half thousand pounds from the highest valuation that we’d had so we were very pleased, this actually helped us to set our budget as buyers at a higher level, resulting in us finding our dream home very quickly indeed. Everybody that I dealt with from Elliot Lee was very friendly and helpful in what was quite a stressful time for us. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this estate agent as they more than lived up to what we needed from them.

Reliable support all the way
The team really took the time to set up the sale and guide us through the process. They went the extra mile in the viewing process, with agents working extra time to meet the prospective buyers. James and Stuart kept us informed at each step of the way. During conveyancing the team collectively pushed and cajoled all parties in a sensitive but positive way to ensure the process didn't stall. This was a significant area of support that lead to a relatively straightforward transaction. Overall, we felt we received an above average service that delivered peace of mind. Well done ElliotLee.
