Dear Kaz, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I noticed that you left a 1-star rating but I cannot find any calls or emails from a kaz. Please could you provide me with some more information so that I can look into this for you. Unfortunately we are experiencing an extremely high volume of calls at present, due to unprecedented demand for rental properties although we do have an overflow call answering service so you should have been able to get a response so I will need to investigate this.
