Dear Mr Glancy Thank you for leaving a review. Naturally, I’m surprised and concerned about your comments. I understand that you have been living in your property for a month, but that this is the first time we have heard about there being a cleanliness issue. I will speak with the cleaning company that we use and ask them to re-attend if you wish. You live in a building with 4 other apartments. I understand that maintenance work is going on in one of them. I believe that you made it known to the contractor that you work shifts and accordingly the contractor contacted my office, to inform us of this and state that he is more than happy to try and work around you as best he can. A member of my staff has tried to contact you, to confirm shift patterns and times so that this can be accommodated however, we have not had a response from you. Given this I must request that you immediately remove the comments about my company being unethical as this is offensive, defamatory and unfounded.
