I dealt with James for the viewing and he was prompt and helpful. In the afternoon when we went to start the paperwork James again was helpful and helped us speed through the paperwork very quickly - we managed to get from viewing to moving in in 2 days! When we arrived to sign the contract James got us started even though we were early and then handed us over to Debra who finished the paperwork and we get everything completed quickly and without fuss. We had an issue with the car park beeper as it ran out of batter but this was also sorted very quickly and without any problems. I and my partner would highly recommend using Beresford Ward, the admin fees and reference fees are good, they are very helpful and quick. One of the best letting agencies I've come across.
