They have changed my life for the better, and I can't thank them enough. They helped me get out of a 'supported accomodation' supplied by the council and BCHA, where I was being financially abused, stolen from and bullied by other residents. Beresford Ward were able to move me in my lovely new flat within a week! They will always have my love and appreciation for rescuing me from this situation.
