Apauling service once you hve moved out. Moved out over 4 weeks ago , and still do not have my desposit back, plus a overpayment I made to them, despite promises from them every 3 days.

Dear Paul. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As I believe you are aware, we have just changed over to a new system, which has delayed the return of your deposit. The deposit will be repaid in full as you left the property in great condition. Thank you. The accounts department are aware of your overpayment. Please make sure that you cancel your standing order, so this does not happen again. We are chasing when the payment will be sent to you. I wish you the very best for the future.
