We used martin & co after speaking to many different estate agents. Jonathan sold us the dream by showing as much passion to sell our property as we had, and with his swift response to taking pictures and signing a contract, we were on the market within a couple days which suited us as we went away for a week and had several viewings in the first week. Unfortunately we had a buyer who pulled out on our sale but Emily soon had another offer on the table within a couple weeks which meant we could still proceed with our purchase. Emily chased the solicitors and other parties regularly and kept the ball rolling which meant we completed in around 8 weeks which is good at Christmas time.
