Upon leaving the property earlier this year, Martin and co were very poor with communications, often leaving days for important information to be passed on. Emails would often be sent to us with 10 minutues to reply before the office closed, meaning getting any new information required waiting until the next day. When we was preparing to leave the property, they pushed to have viewings with little notice, and then then on the day on the veiwing the agent had turned up an hour early, and despite us requesting over the phone to be present for the viewing, being an hour early we was not in yet and they had let themselves into our flat.
