Worst service I got in my life is coming from Martin & Co. So unprofessional team is very rare to find. Every time I had to call them to fix certain things from my flat I was told that to call later or, someone will call me later, and guess what? Nobody called me back ever. When I had to first move to Radiant house, I have been told that I can move in on 1st of the month, I have moved out from the old flat, and, and, surprise: one day before I got a phone call and I've been informed that I can't move in next day, and I could move in on 14 the if the month. Cost me lots of money to stay in a hotel for two weeks. Talking about Radiant House, was saying that there is an elevator. There is one, LoL, but was out of order at leat 7 days a month, and I got stucked in to many times. Rats. There was a rat infestation as well when I lived there, call them, nothing happened. I'm just disgusted of you Martin &Co. JUST AVOID THIS GUYS! I would gave you 0 stars, but google doesn't have this option. Thank you Gemma!, its just me being sarcastic.
