What a refreshing change it was using Martin & Co. I was greeted by Louise Pearce. Louise sat me down and very concisely led me through the whole renting journey and answered all the questions that I had from that. I was given first class service at all times, which contrasted sharply compared to other agents I'd visited, who barely seemed to know that customer care is key when dealing with clients who need advise and guidance when looking to embark on renting.
