I have been selling off my buy-to-let properties now that I am retiring and have just agreed a sale of of the last flat within 10 days of putting it on the market. The team at Martin & Co. Plymouth have been really good to deal with and Janine in particular has done a really good job of liaising with all parties and keeping everyone happy which is not always easy.
