Having used Executive Lets for over a decade to rent properties we have been thoroughly let down by Martin & Co on a number of occasions since they took over Executive Lets in 2017. The Plymouth office manager Chris Whittaker has been rude and aggressive in response to a major complaint and has refused to take any responsibility for their failures or offer any apology. Their failures cost us several thousand pounds and they are still chasing us for £190 from 2019 when we moved our business elsewhere.
