Amy and the team have done a great job since my tenancy started, I can't believe its been 7 months already. I haven't reported any maintenance issues since I moved in but Amy was efficient at responding at the start. Amy always does little follow ups to make sure everything is going well which is helpful and she also sent me a check list before the winter set in with helpful areas to check, such as to confirm the heating was working and to WD40 window hinges to avoid these from not working properly with the colder weather. Overall Amy has been a great help as well as Martin & Co as a company!PositiveProfessionalism
