I am a landlady and have been with Martin and Co since they took over the Executive Lets business. I am marking down to 4 purely on my previous experience with them - having had previously some issues with speed of communication and attention to detail. I would say however that since Dan Tromans has picked up my property management I am extremely pleased with the way in which he is dealing with things. He is diligent, takes care to follow up and "own" problems on my behalf, is quick to respond and has my back. I trust his opinion and his advice. If rating Dan alone I would give 5 stars, no question. Thanks Dan
